How to Make Keto BBQ Beef And Cheddar Hot Pockets
Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees.
In a bowl that is microwave safe, place the 1 ½ cups of the cheddar cheese and the cream cheese.
Microwave for 30 second intervals until completely melted and combined.
Add the cheese mixture to a mixing bowl
with the almond flour,
egg,
baking powder, xanthan gum, garlic powder, onion powder and Italian seasoning.
Blend to combine well into a dough.
Flatten the dough between two pieces of parchment paper until it is about ¼ of an inch thick.
Use a small tupperware container or large cookie cutter to cut out square or circular shapes in the dough.
Place some of the chopped beef,
more shredded cheese
and a dollop of bbq sauce on one side of each square of dough.
Fold the other side of the dough over the filling, and crimp the edges closed with the tines of a fork.
Air fry for 5 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
