In-person claims require an appointment. To schedule an appointment, call (800) 937-8946 and select option 3.

To claim a prize by mail, send the signed winning ticket, a completed claim form, and a copy of your ID to:

Voters approved the Kentucky Lottery in 1988.

Tickets went on sale in 1989, and retailers sold more than $5 million in instant game tickets by the end of the first day. Kentucky added Powerball in 1992 and Mega Millions in 2010.
